Refund Policy

Perishable food

Because our products are perishable, the statutory 14-day cancellation right does not apply once goods are delivered. You can cancel an order before it is prepared.

If something is wrong

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us within 24 hours with your order reference and a photo, and we will offer a replacement or refund.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.
